Troublesome communication with customer service
CommunicationI recently put in an order and required some help, but I couldn't get through to customer service. I tried calling a bunch of times, only to get sent to voicemail and then disconnected. On top of that, my emails were ignored, which left me feeling pretty frustrated with the lack of communication and help from their customer service crew. This whole ordeal has really let me down and I'm not happy with the service I received.
