I bought a bikini for my vacation, but was running out of time and got worried it wouldn't come in time. So, I contacted customer service for help. They were great and rushed my order - I got it the next day, which was super impressive since I live in Europe. I was happy I didn't have to pay any extra fees on it either. But, kind of a bummer - they don't take returns from outside the US, so keep that in mind if you're shopping from another country.

I bought a red dress at this store on February 25th. I noticed a snag in the fabric that looked like it might turn into a hole. When I told the staff, they were not helpful at all. I explained the problem, but they didn't care to do anything about it. It was disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially compared to places like Nordstrom where they really care about customer satisfaction.

I was so impressed with the amazing customer service from this company. They got back to me super quickly and were really friendly in their replies. I had a problem with something I bought, but they sorted it out in no time after I got in touch. I've never had service like this before. And on top of that, I loved the cool stuff they have for sale. I got so many compliments on the dress I got from them, it really made me stand out. This was my first purchase from them, but I'm already thinking about what to get next.

I bought a clutch from this brand and I was so disappointed. It arrived broken, and when I contacted customer service for a replacement, they said I had to buy another one and pay for it. I needed it urgently for a family event. It was a bad first experience with the brand.
