CommunicationI recently ordered something from this place internationally and was totally shocked to find out that they don't let you return items that are on final sale. I'm used to sales in the UK meaning discounts, so I didn't realize this and now I'm stuck with something I can't send back. On top of that, I had to fork out for import taxes and VAT on top of the initial price, and they didn't even tell me how much it would be upfront. The lack of transparency and unexpected fees really left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be buying from them again. It's a shame that they don't make these important details clearer to customers before they make a purchase.
