I gotta say, I was blown away by the jerseys I got from this company. It was my second time ordering from them and, just like the first time, everything was perfect. The jerseys are real deal and the customization is on point, with hand-sewn embroidery that really sets them apart. I'll for sure be a returning customer because they really know how to deliver top-notch quality.

I had a really bad experience with a hockey jersey customization service recently. I sent in a bunch of jerseys to get done up, but when I got them back, they looked ridiculous. The name bars were way too big and the colors didn't even match properly. And to top it off, I paid a lot for hand-stitched custom work, but it was super low quality. On top of all that, the company didn't even bother to reply to my emails about the messed up jerseys. I was so disappointed with how unprofessional and poorly done everything was.

I had a really bad experience when I tried to get cresting done on my genuine NHL jersey. I thought it would be a good idea to go with a local company, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The cresting on my jersey came back all messed up. Even though I sent them lots of pictures and pointed out the mistakes, they just wouldn't admit that they messed up. I wasted so much time trying to deal with them before I finally gave up and sent my jersey to another company to get it done right. I suggest doing some serious research before choosing a company for cresting work. It could save you a ton of time and frustration in the end.
