Colorful Standard - Reviews and experiences

So, I ordered some new laces for my sneakers that I got this year, and man, they are amazing! I wasn't sure about the size, so I just picked 115cm randomly. But then I got an email asking if I was sure about the size because they saw I had bought shoes before and recommended I go for 125cm instead. How awesome is that? The laces fit perfectly, and I didn't have to return or exchange them. Best customer service ever, eh!

Even though I really liked the product, I have to say I was pretty let down by the customer service and stock situation. The people at the Spitalfields store weren't very helpful and didn't seem interested, and they didn't have much to choose from. Even online, they were low on stock, only offering basic colors like white and navy. For a brand that's all about being bold and colorful, that was a real disappointment. On top of that, returning a T-shirt that didn't fit was a hassle and cost a lot, with a high delivery fee and having to pay for shipping again. Businesses really need to focus on customer service and keeping their stock up if they want loyal customers. This experience left me feeling pretty let down and not likely to shop with them again.
