DeliveryI bought something not too long ago and then realized I gave the wrong address for delivery. So I called customer service right away to fix it, but they said I couldn't make any changes once the order was confirmed. I tried to explain that the wrong address wasn't far off from the right one, but they still said no. It was kind of disappointing, especially since they're all about being sustainable and all. Now I'm not sure if I want to shop with them again after this whole situation.
