Monitor purchase
Monitor purchase
CommunicationSo, eh, I ordered this wicked cool monitor, eh? But then it took forever for it to even ship, you know? I had to wait a whole month before they finally told me it was backordered. Like seriously, why couldn't they just say that in the first place, eh? I had to call them because no one on their chat team could give me a straight answer. And don't even get me started on the excuses they gave me, like the fulfillment person being in a meeting. Ugh, so annoying, you know?
About Circuit City
Circuit City was an American multinational consumer electronics retail company that operated stores across the United States. Founded in 1949 by Samuel Wurtzel under the original name "Ward's Company," it became known as Circuit City in 1984. The company was headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, and was a leading retailer of consumer electronics, home appliances, and related goods. Circuit City was recognized for its wide selection of products and was among the first to adopt a big-box format, offering a vast array of merchandise in large, warehouse-style stores. Despite its success and expansion throughout the late 20th century, Circuit City faced declining sales and increased competition from other retailers. This led to its filing for bankruptcy in 2008, ultimately resulting in the closure of all its stores by March 2009. Circuit City attempted an online-focused business model afterward but faced challenges in re-establishing the brand.
