Returns & RefundsI actually saw the wig on Instagram after a friend sent me the link, thought, hmm that looks good — so I ordered. It arrived quickly but the little tightening clips weren’t attached, so the cap was useless. I emailed right away and didn’t hear back for ages, by then I’d had to buy a replacement elsewhere because I needed something for an event. When they finally replied they offered a new wig, but I’d already asked for a refund. Now they’ve gone quiet again and I’m stuck with a faulty wig and out over $100, which is just annoying.
