It’s been eight days and the parcel hasn’t left their warehouse. I paid over £20 for express and it’s just sitting there. Customer service blamed a sale and said they’re overwhelmed. Okay, but if you run sales, hire more people or pause the sale. Simple. I use the wig almost daily for meetings and quick errands, so delays mess up my routine. On the upside, the first wig’s quality surprised me — nice fibre and fit — but that doesn’t fix the slow dispatch. I’ve asked for a refund and I’m waiting. They could at least give clearer timelines or priority to paid express orders. As it stands, I can’t rely on them for anything time-sensitive.

I debated this purchase for days — price plus international shipping and duties made me hesitate, and I even messaged support beforehand to ask about shipping delays. Figured after three years as a repeat customer it would be straightforward, but it wasn’t. I ordered five wigs for everyday use — work, appointments, trying to look normal on bad-hair days — and paid extra for shipping to Canada, plus the import duties when the parcel arrived. Those fees were basically the cost of another wig, which already annoyed me. When I opened the box there were only two wigs and the packing slip wasn’t mine. The label had my name and address but the contents belonged to someone else. That was the moment my doubts turned into a problem.
