Figured after three years as a repeat customer it would be straightforward, but it wasn’t. I ordered five wigs for everyday use — work, appointments, trying to look normal on bad-hair days — and paid extra for shipping to Canada, plus the import duties when the parcel arrived. Those fees were basically the cost of another wig, which already annoyed me. When I opened the box there were only two wigs and the packing slip wasn’t mine. The label had my name and address but the contents belonged to someone else. That was the moment my doubts turned into a problem.
