Long story short, my doubts weren’t all gone, but most of them faded. The linen shirt itself was a pleasant surprise — nicer fabric and fit than the pics, and it felt nicer after the first wash (didn’t expect that). That said, the pickup took way longer than the 3–5 days I figured; I missed the event I bought it for, which was annoying. On the refund/charge front I did hit a snag — charged wrong amount, they first issued an e-credit which felt off, but the folks on the phone were actually friendly and helpful and the second rep made sure the proper refund went through. So, mixed bag: delivery timing still needs work, but customer service was sincere and the product delivered on quality better than I’d hoped. If you’re leaning toward a purchase, just give yourself more time for pickup and keep an eye on your statement. Overall I’m happy I didn’t bail — the shirt’s become a go-to, and the human side of the service salvaged the experience.
