DeliveryThis company is a total let down. I ordered a pair of work shoes to be delivered to my home, but they didn't even try to bring them to me. They just dropped them off at a location and when I complained, they told me to go pick them up myself next time. That's not right. I paid for home delivery and that's what I expected. They didn't even make an effort to bring me the boots, and now it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my order. It seems like a scam to me, because I paid for a service that I didn't receive. UPS didn't even try to deliver the boots to my house, and they didn't leave any notice either. I'm really disappointed with their lack of customer service and I won't be buying from this company again. I'm going to make a video on YouTube with all the proof of how they were dishonest and didn't care about their customers.
