CommunicationI just bought a pair of boots online, and at first, I was really impressed with all the choices and how easy it was to order. But things quickly took a turn for the worse. The website said I'd get my delivery in two days, but after waiting for three days, I still hadn't heard anything about my order. Trying to reach customer service was a total nightmare. It took me a bunch of tries to actually get in touch, and when I finally did, I had to wait on hold for over two hours before I could talk to someone. The agent I spoke to said they'd call the couriers for me, but I didn't get any updates until I called back. The lack of communication and follow-up was so disappointing. In the end, I was left feeling like my boots were lost in the mail, with no helpful answers or solutions from customer service. I had a really terrible experience with both the website and the customer service, to be honest.
