Frustrating online purchase

Man, dealing with this online store was such a headache. The website couldn't even handle a basic order, so I just gave up on trying to buy anything. And to top it off, they keep spamming me with emails about a 20% discount, but there's no code and the link doesn't work at checkout. When I tried reaching out to customer service through email, all I got was a canned response telling me to basically redo everything I had just written. The lack of personal touch and the failure to sort out this mess promptly has really let me down. It feels like this whole setup is run poorly and lacks the professionalism you'd expect from an online shop.

The person I talked to was really nice and let me pick a new case for free. I got the replacement quickly and it's really beautiful. I'm so happy with how easy the warranty process was and how good the product is.
