Case Mate - Reviews and experiences

I bought a phone case from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm really not happy with how it turned out. The case started falling apart after just a few months. Even though it was supposed to protect against shocks, my phone screen got cracked from a small drop. On top of that, the case started turning yellow fast and the silver on the buttons rubbed off, making it look super cheap and badly made.

I just got a waterfall case from this company, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. Some reviews said otherwise, but I found it to be really good at protecting my phone and lasting a long time. The only problem was there was a big air bubble in the case, so I asked for a new one, but it had the same issue. It's a bit disappointing, but I'm sure they'll send me a replacement quick. I might have to try a different case from them next time.

I bought two clear phone cases from this company, eh, and both of them have changed color on me. Even though the products supposedly have a lifetime warranty, I haven't been able to talk to a real person about this issue. It's pretty disappointing to see the cases lose their quality so fast and not be able to get any customer service help to fix the problem.

The design is nice and simple but also stylish, perfect for someone who wants to show off their phone but still keep it safe. I'm really happy with my purchase, overall.

I recently bought a lens protector for my brand new iPhone from a store. It was supposed to be really good quality and protect my rear camera lens from getting scratched or cracked. But honestly, it didn't live up to the hype. After just a few weeks, the protector ended up all cracked even though I was really careful with it. I was so bummed out by how bad the quality was because it wasn't any better than those super cheap protectors you can find on eBay.

Hey, just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking about buying the Lens Protector from this company. I've had to replace mine three times now because it keeps cracking when my phone gets dropped on the back. I've tried contacting customer support but can't seem to get through because they're not answering calls. It looks like there might be a problem with the design of this protector since the crack always shows up in the same spot on the bottom right corner.
