And to top it off, they keep spamming me with emails about a 20% discount, but there's no code and the link doesn't work at checkout. When I tried reaching out to customer service through email, all I got was a canned response telling me to basically redo everything I had just written. The lack of personal touch and the failure to sort out this mess promptly has really let me down. It feels like this whole setup is run poorly and lacks the professionalism you'd expect from an online shop.
