My phone fell and broke, eh? But this company was so quick to respond and send me a new case, eh. The customer service was amazing, and I had my new case in just 2 weeks, eh.

I love my new Pelican Voyager case for my Samsung S23 Ultra, but I was bummed when the holster broke after only a month. However, when I reached out and filed a warranty claim with Case-Mate, they quickly sent me a replacement case with a new holster within a week. Their customer service was top-notch and I was really impressed with how they handled everything. Big shoutout to them for their quick and efficient help! Can't thank them enough for resolving the problem so smoothly. Great job, guys!

Honestly, the customer service at this place is terrible. You would expect sending in an invoice receipt to be easy, but no! They say they will respond in 3-5 days, but guess what? No reply after 3 emails. It's like talking to a wall. So, I had to buy a new case instead of getting a replacement under warranty. And on top of that, the cases they sell end up turning yellow. What a waste of money. Definitely not worth it. I will never buy from this company again.

This shady behavior made me doubt if I can trust their reviews and left me feeling really annoyed.

The person I talked to was really nice and let me pick a new case for free. I got the replacement quickly and it's really beautiful. I'm so happy with how easy the warranty process was and how good the product is.
