I recently bought some underwear at this store and I gotta say, the customer service from the store manager and his crew was top-notch. Richard, the manager, really knew his stuff about the products and even helped me out with some issues I had from a previous purchase. We even chatted about the upcoming Father's Day specials. His employee, Giovanni, was super friendly and helped me out with my purchase. I've been coming to this store for a while now and I gotta say, I really value the quality products and excellent service they always give.

The products are good quality, but the customer service is lacking. I wouldn't suggest buying bamboo items from them. They wouldn't refund my husband for a small, non-adjustable shirt (he's only a size L) and the hassle of getting our lost pillows reshipped was awful. I asked for shipping info, which they didn't give, and when I followed up a week later for tracking details, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they didn't care about helping customers with problems. The lack of communication and customer care was a big issue for me. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for bamboo products with better service and prices.

So, my friend got me some sheets as a gift, you know? And I was really looking forward to using them. But get this - the bottom sheet, the fitted one, didn't fit right at all. It was totally off! And on top of that, even though it's supposed to be king size, it fits more like a queen size. Like, seriously? So I reached out to customer service, and they were all like, "Sorry, no receipt, no help." Um, excuse me? It was a gift, I'm not gonna ask my friend for the receipt just to complain. That's just not cool! And come on, the sheets have tags on them, so it's not that hard to figure out where they're from. All in all, the customer service was terrible. They won't even back up their own products. I say just steer clear of that place, in my opinion.
