I bought some cotton clothes from this store recently, but the sizes didn't fit me right. When I tried to return them, I was surprised to learn that I could only exchange them or get store credit. Plus, I had to fork over the cash for return shipping. This policy doesn't sit well with me at all. I won't be coming back to shop here.

I just bought some bamboo sheets from this company that said they had a warranty, but they're not keeping their promise. The sheets didn't last like I thought they would, and now I'm feeling pretty let down and annoyed. It's really not cool to see a company not backing up what they sell.

Can you believe they refused to send me a new set, saying it didn't cover normal wear and tear? I felt totally scammed and let down by their false advertising. We had spent a pretty penny on a bunch of stuff from this place, thinking we were getting top-notch products. Turns out, our old regular sheets lasted longer than these fancy, overpriced bamboo ones. This whole ordeal has really turned me off, and I won't be dropping any more cash on this brand.

I recently bought some bath sheets and hand towels from this company and it didn't go so well. When I got the products, I noticed that they weren't the same color and didn't match at all. I sent an email to customer service but just got an automated reply. I waited two weeks and heard nothing, so I finally called them. To my disappointment, they said I had to pay for shipping to send back the faulty products. It's really frustrating that the company isn't taking responsibility for this. The customer service has been pretty bad overall. I wish I hadn't bought from them and would advise others to be cautious before making a purchase.

I've been trying for weeks now to return this mattress. Finally got the RMA, but no one's getting back to me about scheduling the pickup. My RMA is about to expire and I'm starting to worry about being stuck with this mattress.
