Returns & RefundsFunny thing — I actually knew it was decent right away the first time I used this site. A buddy tipped me about it last year and I sold a couple of Dick’s gift cards no problem, cash in hand, quick and easy. So when I got two $100 cards at Christmas I went back, expecting same. This round they asked for the physical cards in the mail, which I did after checking balances on Dick’s site. Then they emailed that they couldn't verify and the cards showed $0. They mailed them back but still zero. Bummer. I'm not writing it off — I’d use them again for digital transfers, just not if I have to mail the plastic.
