Old codes, helpful staff
Old codes, helpful staff
ProductI was halfway through a lazy Sunday coffee run when I realized the Peet's card I bought on CardCash wouldn't work online. I first saw CardCash on a deal forum and a friend had even tipped me to try them, so I was surprised. After three emails and one phone call to CardCash with not much help, I rang Peet's. They said the cards were the old format — basically from nearly 20 years ago — but Peet's staff manually entered the balance and got me going. Still, CardCash should've flagged the age; buyer beware, it's usable but clumsy.

Productread the description very carefully — or don’t. I’m still annoyed but at least the lesson stuck and not happy about it.
