Almost gave up, but got it back
Almost gave up, but got it back
CommunicationOkay, quick heads-up — I signed up to cash a high-value card because I needed the money for rent and groceries, so I was nervous from the start. The online part and linking my bank was easy, no issues there. Then the payout they promised didn’t happen and they said I could wait for a buyer — weird. I spent ages emailing and calling (like, too many times) and at first it felt like radio silence. After a bunch more follow-ups they finally sorted it and returned the card, and I got the payment. Not flawless — communication was messy, no tracking — but in the end it worked out. Would use again, cautiously.
