I'm glad it all worked out and my dog’s covered — took a detour but ended fine. I ordered chewables for our golden and they shipped a topical instead, which was annoying, and I had to show screenshots to prove what I ordered. After a couple back-and-forths they accepted the return, refunded me, and sent the right chewables; I give them with breakfast before our hikes. It was a bit of a hassle and I was frustrated for a sec, but now relieved and will order again, just double-checking confirmations.

So, y'know how I got some flea meds for my cat and I was stoked to finally get 'em? Well, I ordered them online, they took my money right away, but then later on I got an email confirming my order, which was kinda strange. When I tried reaching out to customer service to ask about it, they were super rude! Can you believe they went ahead and cancelled my order without even giving me a heads up first? And on top of that, they double charged me with a pre-authorization of my order amount. I had to call my bank to straighten things out 'cause it was such a mess. The only positive thing was that they eventually refunded me, but man, what a headache. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I recently bought a year's worth of flea and tick monthly chewables, but when I got my order, I noticed that it would expire in 8 months, leaving me with 3 months of extra meds. So, I reached out to customer service. They were really sorry, even though it wasn't their fault, and offered to refund me for those 3 soon-to-be-expired months. I was blown away by their kindness and generosity. It's not often you come across a company that goes the extra mile for their customers. I've had 3 dogs in my lifetime and Canada VetExpress has always had my back when it comes to taking care of my pets. Big thanks for the great prices and awesome customer service!
