Canada VetExpress - Reviews and experiences

Called because my older dog needs a back-support harness — had surgery recently. Phone rep wouldn't say why site was down or when it would be fixed, pretty unhelpful. Ended up ordering from Canada Pet Care, price a bit higher but delivery arrived on time, so mixed feelings.

Sitting on the kitchen floor with muddy paws from our lab, I realized I couldn't reach Canada Vet Express anymore. Annoying — used to be quick and their Bravecto actually did the trick for ticks after our hikes. Now radio silence, and the vet's meds are too pricey. If anyone found a reliable alternative, tell me, please, out there.

I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I placed my order back on February 8th and I still don't have the product. First, they went ahead and canceled my order without even giving me a heads up, so I was totally in the dark about what was going on with my purchase. I had to reach out to customer service and they finally reordered the product on February 11th. But here we are on March 9th, and I still haven't received it or even gotten any updates about when it'll be shipped.

Another thing that raised a flag for me was that their website uses American measurements, which ain't what I'd expect from a Canadian or UK company. All in all, I wasn't totally happy with my experience and I'll be on the lookout for a true Canadian option next time.
