A coat from the right store

Service

My time at two different Canada Goose stores was like night and day. The one in Banff was awesome - the rep there knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect coat. They really listened to what I wanted and gave me honest advice on what would work best for me. They even gave me some tips on how to take care of my new coat. But man, the store at Chinook mall in Calgary was a letdown. The staff there seemed like they didn't care at all, and it made me think twice about getting a coat from Canada Goose. Luckily, I decided to give it another go at the Banff store, and it was totally worth it.

Jacket cleaning service

Service

I just tried out the jacket cleaning service and I thought it was pretty easy overall. The option to buy a warranty is cool, but not everything is included so you might end up paying extra. They gave back the jackets quickly and the prices were fair. Even though you have to pay for cleaning if you didn't do it before, I think it's worth it to have them do it instead of going somewhere else. They could do better with explaining the prices and warranty coverage, but I'm happy with how everything turned out.

About Canada Goose

Canada Goose Inc. is a Canadian outdoor clothing company that specializes in high-quality winter apparel, notably down-filled jackets, parkas, vests, hats, gloves, and other cold-weather gear. Founded in 1957 by Sam Tick under the name Metro Sportswear Ltd., the company initially produced woolen vests, raincoats, and snowmobile suits. In the early 1970s, Tick's son-in-law, David Reiss, joined the company, introducing a down-filled jacket line. The brand, rebranded as "Canada Goose" in the 1990s, gained recognition for its products' warmth and durability, often associated with polar expeditions and outdoor professionals. Today, Canada Goose is known worldwide, with its products being a symbol of luxury and performance in extreme weather conditions.
