Broken-in trust, not just the fleece

Returns & Refunds

the fleece disappointed me quickly, but I’m not ready to burn the whole brand down. I’ve owned a few of their coats for years and they’ve been great, so I tried this fleece expecting the same. Within about 30 days it started to pill and literally come apart in places — bits of fabric pulling away until there were almost holes. I reached out to customer service and they told me it was wear and tear and not covered by the lifetime warranty, which didn’t sit right given how new it was and how it was advertised as fleece, not a delicate knit. I opened a dispute with AMEX in January and then got into a back-and-forth where the company said they’d given return labels and never received the item. That never happened — I’ve got the emails to prove it — and now, months on (nearly nine) it still hasn’t been resolved. Frustrating, repetitive, honestly a bit exhausting to chase. And yet, I can’t deny I’ve had mostly good experiences with their other outerwear, so I’m hesitant to write them off completely. My advice: if you buy this, photograph everything the moment you notice an issue, hang onto all correspondence, and use a card with dispute protection. I wish they were clearer about materials and quicker to own mistakes. Final thought: the fleece itself was a miss for me, the support felt slow and defensive, but I still respect the brand’s other pieces enough that I might give them another chance someday.

Size exchange, beautifully packaged, quality product

Returns & Refunds

My shopping experience with the brand was pretty good. I needed to swap sizes, but it was easy peasy. The product came in a lovely package and looked great, which made the whole thing even better. However, I thought the product was decent, but it felt like a big chunk of the price was just for the brand name. For me, I don't think I'll buy from this brand again because I care more about the quality than the name.

Lifetime warranty jacket

Returns & Refunds

The customer service was so great, and the product totally blew me away. The lifetime warranty is such a relief, and even though it cost a pretty penny, I know it's gonna last me forever. This jacket is just so cozy and toasty, without making me overheat.

Trade-in experience

Returns & Refunds

I just want to say that I had a really good experience doing a trade-in online recently. Everything went so smoothly and I was impressed by how easy it all was. The customer service was top-notch, and the online chat support was really helpful with all my questions. I was really happy with how everything turned out and it left me feeling really satisfied.

Expensive coat stitching broke in a month

Returns & Refunds

So, I splurged on this really expensive coat and only wore it for, like, a month when the stitching on one arm started coming undone. I was so frustrated! I reached out about the lifetime warranty, but it took forever (around 6-8 weeks) to get a response. And you know what? They said they couldn't help and just sent the coat back. Save your money and avoid buying from them.

About Canada Goose

Canada Goose Inc. is a Canadian outdoor clothing company that specializes in high-quality winter apparel, notably down-filled jackets, parkas, vests, hats, gloves, and other cold-weather gear. Founded in 1957 by Sam Tick under the name Metro Sportswear Ltd., the company initially produced woolen vests, raincoats, and snowmobile suits. The brand, rebranded as "Canada Goose" in the 1990s, gained recognition for its products' warmth and durability, often associated with polar expeditions and outdoor professionals. Today, Canada Goose is known worldwide, with its products being a symbol of luxury and performance in extreme weather conditions.
