Forest River Wildwood Platinum camper

Communication

So we bought a Forest River Wildwood Platinum camper from the store, but things didn't go as planned. We asked them to keep it safe for a couple of weeks while we were away, but made it clear we didn't want it taken to any shows. Unfortunately, when my husband went back early to pick it up, we found out they had taken it to a show without asking us first. This meant he had to wait for hours before he could finally take it home. On top of that, we were told last minute that the camper we got wasn't even the one we originally bought - they went to another city to get a different one. The lack of communication and transparency was really frustrating and not what we expected from a reputable store like that.

Winnebago trailer bid

Communication

My brother and I just took part in an online auction for a Winnebago trailer. We were pretty stoked about the idea of winning it and kept our eyes glued to the countdown. When the buzzer finally went off, it showed that we were the winning bidders. But then Camping World let us know that someone else had actually won, even though we never saw any higher bids. It was a major letdown and it's got us feeling pretty frustrated about how the whole auction played out.

RV purchase

Communication

I recently bought an RV from this dealership, eh, and I gotta say, it was a huge letdown, ya know? Right from the start, they were feeding us a bunch of lies and playing games with us. They didn't give us the paperwork we needed right away, and they were shady about the whole money and insurance stuff. Plus, get this - their Better Business Bureau rating is a measly 1.07, which says it all about how sneaky and sketchy they are. We've been trying to get the paperwork we need from them, but they're dragging their feet. It's pretty obvious they prefer talking on the phone and they definitely could use some improvement in the professionalism department when it comes to written stuff, eh.

Navion RV from a store in Panama City

Communication

I recently got a Navion RV from a shop in Panama City and I've had it for about 8 weeks now. Unfortunately, in the first week I had it, I had to take it in for repairs because of the original issues it had when I bought it. The shop set up an appointment for me to bring it in and said it would be ready in time for a trip I had planned. However, two weeks passed without any updates from them. I tried reaching out through email, texts, and calls for an update, but I was told they hadn't even started working on it yet. Long story short, my trip came and went and I still didn't have my RV. On top of that, they cashed my check on time without doing the repairs they promised. I talked to a bunch of people, like the service rep, service manager, store manager (who was the worst), and even a corporate representative, and it seems like Camping World doesn't care about making customers happy.
