don’t expect this to go smoothly — tracking sat at "sender" forever and customer support basically vanished. I ordered three pairs of shoes on Dec 29 after I first spotted them on Instagram and even told my sister about the find, so I was pretty keen. A shipping notice showed up the next day (weirdly fast), which felt promising, but then nothing — the parcel stayed at the sender for over 20 days. I opened four separate cases and messaged on Facebook; all I got was the same copy-paste apology about contacting the courier (also in my email). When I pushed for an update, my message was marked "Seen" and then ignored. I will say the site was easy to use and the product photos were great — that’s why I ordered — so there was a small surprise there. Still, the lack of real answers or a refund makes this a pretty disappointing experience overall.
