I clicked purchase during a weekend sale, already a bit unsure — sales make me wary — but I went ahead. Payment went through and I expected a shipping email within a few days. That never came. After a couple of quiet days I reached out and they cancelled the order saying the item was out of stock, while the product page still showed sizes and colours available. I asked if they could swap to another colour or size (those showed in stock) and got a short reply at first, then nothing — two follow-ups ignored. So my pre-purchase doubts didn’t vanish; they were proven right. First impression of the site was fine, prices looked reasonable, and I was actually looking forward to using the shoes next week, but the actual experience was just payment, cancellation, no delivery and poor communication. I’m not thrilled but not surprised either. If you buy during their sales, be prepared for the possibility of a cancelled order and little to no service response. Just my experience — useful to know before you click buy.
