ServiceI ordered 2 really nice calendars, one for me and one for my buddies. They were amazing, but they forgot to include the postcards. I sent them an email and they promised to send the postcards, but I never received them.

ServiceI just bought three calendars from this store and it was a total letdown. The post office messed up and left the package out in the rain, which wrecked my calendars. But the customer support folks were on it - they asked for pics of the messed up package and let me know right away that they'd send me a new order with no extra charge. Even though things didn't start off great, I have to say their customer service was amazing. I'm grateful for how quickly they fixed everything.
