Bottom line — I'm done with them, I asked for a refund and to have my account cancelled because of how this order was handled. I needed that calendar for keeping track of physio appointments after a back injury, so it wasn't just a pretty thing. The order took more than two weeks to arrive, and the delivery person left the package in the driveway instead of the covered porch, so the calendar was soaked, wrinkled and partly bent. Customer service was maddeningly slow and didn't seem to care; every response felt like a canned line. There's a tiny funny bit — the kitten photo survived — but overall I won't risk ordering from them again.

I ordered 4 calendars from this place, but only got 2. And to top it off, I didn't even get a heads up from the company that the other 2 calendars wouldn't be coming. I only found out because I checked my bank account and saw a credit from the company. It was pretty disappointing, I would have liked to know sooner so I could have ordered from somewhere else in time for Christmas. It's annoying when you order something you really want and it doesn't show up without any explanation.

I ordered 3 calendars and it took forever to get them! I placed my order on January 3rd, and didn't find out until January 17th that one of the calendars wasn't available. It took 3 whole weeks to receive the other two calendars, even after I asked multiple times when they would arrive. I've bought calendars from here before and never had this issue. I'm not sure if I'll buy from here again next year!
