I opened the delivery in my kitchen and felt a mix of relief and annoyance. I hesitated before ordering because last-minute gifts and online inventory often don't match, and Calendars.com had mixed reviews — still, I’d used them before so I gave it a shot. That doubt didn’t vanish. One calendar meant as a Christmas present for my son was missing, even though the packing list showed it in the box. Customer support replied quickly and offered a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement, until they told me that specific calendar was out of stock. So a refund was the only option, which doesn’t help me since there isn’t an equivalent to swap in for the original. Delivery itself was actually fast and the box was well packed — a small surprise — but that doesn’t fix a missing gift. I’ve been loyal to a few small retailers who get details right; this time Calendars.com slipped. The hassle cost me time and trust.

I ordered 3 calendars on December 1st as Christmas gifts. They charged me right away. I waited for over two weeks for them to ship. I had to wait on hold for nearly an hour to talk to customer service. They said they would refund me, but I still haven't got it. The service is terrible and not reliable at all.
