Saw it at a friend's, ordered online — ages to arrive, but it's sturdy, pretty comfy.

Needed it for a move and my sore back, I hesitated; two weeks later they cancel one item and delay the rest — doubts stayed. It works okay, annoying but usable.

Halfway through my weekend chores I realized the box just showed up — 17 days after ordering, despite being told 7–14. Anyway, the 4Cyte feels sturdy in hand, not flimsy, and it works like they said (surprisingly). Would’ve skipped this seller if I’d known it shipped from Singapore. Kinda annoying, but it’s fine.

Definitely worth a try — I’ll order again. I first saw them in a Facebook group after a neighbour recommended them, so I gave it a shot. Ordering was straightforward and I got emails confirming order and shipment. Shipping took longer than the quoted 7–10 days — about 15 days to Canada — and when I rang on day 15 they told me it’d been delivered to my mailbox that same day, which was a surprise. Prices are good and skipping the vet visit saved me money, so I don’t mind the small delay.

This place is such a joke. I was just trying to get some pet supplies and it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me - like they were gonna scam me or steal my identity or something. They took my money, didn't send my stuff, and then had the nerve to ask for access to my accounts. It's just completely absurd.
