I almost hung up on a weird verification call, but the order arrived fine — billing did take a weird turn, had to fix things with support, still pretty satisfied overall though

I was expecting simple delivery, but it turned into a mess. Ordered medication for my dog twice. Both orders canceled without a clear reason. First time chat said I didn't answer an inquiry that I never got. Second time a person on the phone said it was out of stock. When I asked a calm follow-up, the agent hung up both times. Still no meds, that's the problem. I've used other services that at least explain delays. Here the handling and delivery communication were poor. Relief that refunds were processed, but service needs work.

I wasn't too sure about ordering from this website at first, but I was really happy with the service I got. I liked getting emails to confirm my order and shipping details. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought - 15 days instead of 7-10, I found out my package was in my mailbox when I called on the 15th day. The delay didn't bother me too much, especially because the products were so affordable. The medications were cheaper than buying them at the vet, and I saved on the vet visit for a prescription. Overall, I was happy with my experience and would definitely think about using their services again.

I recently had a terrible experience with an online pet care store. I ordered some much-needed products for my furry friend, but got no confirmation of the order. When I reached out to customer service, I got no response. Turns out this company is known for delaying orders, hoping customers will give up so they can keep the money. This sneaky move is not cool, and I won't stand for it. I had to take action and report the company and transaction to my credit card company and the BBB. It's obvious this company doesn't care about their customers or their pets, so I recommend avoiding them.

I can't believe the terrible experience I had with this company, eh. After placing an order, I didn't get a confirmation email. When I tried to reach out for help, they disconnected on chat and the only option when calling was to leave a message. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, eh.
