CheckoutI was so let down by my experience at this place. I bought some pet supplies and they took the money from my credit card immediately. But then, it was a struggle to get my order sent out. They just kept sending me those standard emails with excuses and dodging my questions about when my stuff would arrive. It felt like they were trying to trick me with their sales tactics and I won't be going back there, that's for sure. It's crazy that I had to go through so much trouble just to get what I paid for.
