As a Browns customer, I really like how they show detailed photos of their clothes on models from different angles. It's so helpful to see how the clothes might look when you wear them. And it's great to know the size of the model wearing the item to help figure out what size to order. But I think they could make the exchange process easier. A smoother exchange system would be awesome. It would also be nice to get more notifications when items are about to go on sale or are running low on stock. That way, we can make better decisions when we're shopping. And it would be awesome if they offered more shipping options and free shipping for orders over $150. It's a bummer to spend a lot of money and still have to pay for shipping. Overall, Browns is a good place to shop, but there's definitely room for improvement to make their customers even happier.

I recently bought a pair of Balenciaga Leopold ballet flats from this store, but I had to return them shortly after because they didn't suit my style. However, they denied my return saying the shoes looked more worn out and bent than when they were sent to me. I only had the shoes for 1.5 hours and tried on one shoe before realizing they weren't right for me. The style of the shoe is meant to look distressed, so I don't understand why they won't accept the return. I've been trying to sort this out for days now with no luck. It's really disappointing to receive such bad customer service, especially compared to other luxury retailers like Mytheresa, Matches, and Net.

I bought two bags from this store recently, eh. One of them came in the wrong size, I ordered a small but got a mini instead, eh. And the other bag showed up damaged, eh. Even after I showed them proof of the mix-up, Browns said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't admit it. I've been talking to them for weeks, sending emails and making calls, but nothing's been fixed yet, eh.

So, I bought this Gucci schoolbag for women from an online store not long ago. Everything went fine when I placed my order, got a confirmation email with all the info I needed. But then, when the package was supposed to show up, it got sent back to the sender without any reason, which was a real letdown. I reached out to their customer service for help, but they were no help at all and wouldn't give me a refund. Dealing with such lousy service and lack of responsibility from the company is really frustrating.

I had a crappy experience with customer service at Browns recently. I'd been waiting for three weeks for DHL shipping labels for a return, but no luck. I emailed and called multiple times, still nothing. The lack of communication and efficiency was super frustrating. On the other hand, places like Matches Fashion and Net-a-Porter have been way better with their customer service.
