Returns & RefundsSo I made a bit of a goof when I was ordering shoes online, and ended up picking the wrong size by accident. And then to top it off, I clicked on the return option instead of exchanging the shoes. But no worries, I sent an email to customer service and in no time at all, like 15 minutes, I got a reply with a shipping label to send back the shoes. I shipped the wrong pair back right away, and in just a week, my new order showed up. The shoes fit perfectly, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the service I got from the company. I totally recommend shopping with them for their amazing customer service and how quickly they handled everything.

Returns & RefundsI've been waiting for over a month now to hear about my cracked ball. I sent in all the pictures and info they wanted but all they keep saying is that it's a warranty problem. I asked for a timeline and a phone number to talk to someone, but all I got was an email saying there's no set time to get it fixed. It's really bugging me!
