Small win, small headache
CommunicationI typed the wrong address, tried the phone and it went straight to an out-of-service message, then clicked “chat” only to see a 24–48 hour reply time while the package was due in two days. I’ve had instant help from other shops before, so this felt old-school and frustrating. Ended up arranging to mail it myself across provinces — not ideal. Still, glad the ball is great, just wish the company was easier to reach so this wouldn’t have been such a hassle.
