Trackingthey shipped with UPS, then shrugged when tracking went weird and told me to take it up with the carrier. Not cool. I had to go pick it up at a depot and talk to three different people. Product: yes. Seller responsibility and communication: no. Bit annoyed but happy I can skip salons for now.
