Returns & Refunds

don't expect them to follow through — that's the short version. I first saw this place because a friend recommended the East Hampton shop, and thought I'd try it since it's nearby. Came away annoyed. The manager promised an exchange when I mentioned the item wasn't right; I drove back home to grab the product and returned, only to be told she was going to lunch and couldn't deal with it. I hung around, patient because she had said yes, then she came back and flat-out refused the exchange, like she'd never said it. The purchase itself wasn't even scanned properly at first, so the whole thing felt sloppy and misleading. I rang Customer Service, got bounced around, put on hold forever, and after about 45 minutes the rep said they only handle online orders — why wasn't that made clear? It's a small thing maybe, but it cost me time and trust. Honestly, I'd warn a friend; recommend elsewhere. Frustrating, a bit sad, and I won't be back, not for me right now.

Second time was solid

Service

I almost didn’t go back because I wasn’t sure if the first visit was a fluke — you know how it goes, good service sometimes feels random. Went in again and Inna remembered me, which was nice and also practical. I’m a guy who actually thinks about skincare (yes, really), and I had questions about layering and what would work with my skin. Inna was patient and clear, no hard sell, just answers. I also chatted briefly with Rachael from another brand while I was there; she was straightforward and helpful too. Before this I’d had one or two experiences elsewhere where staff seemed rushed or pushy, so I was cautious. Those worries faded fast here because both of them took time to explain things and suggested products that made sense for what I needed. Left with samples and a plan that felt realistic to stick to. Not overly impressed, but genuinely satisfied — I’ll go back when I need a refill or another opinion.
