I went to the art supply store in Kenmore recently to check out their easels. The employee there was really helpful and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain all the different easels I was looking at. Their advice really helped me make a good choice. In the end, I bought one on sale and I'm really happy with it. The easel is great quality and has been a perfect addition to my art studio. My whole experience at the store was amazing, so I'll definitely go back there for any future art supply needs.

I just wanted to share that I bought a sketchbook online from this store not too long ago. So, after the busy holiday season, some things were not in stock right away, but most of my stuff arrived pretty quickly, like within a week. Then, I noticed that one item was missing, so I sent an email to Customer Service. And get this, a real-life person got back to me super quickly and was really nice and gave me all the info I needed. All in all, the customer service was awesome and totally made up for the little issue with my order.

When I tried to explain my situation, she just got more defensive and told me to leave. Like, seriously? All the other people at the store have been super helpful and nice.
