DeliveryI was really happy with how fast my order of painting paper came from this store, and not having to pay for shipping was a bonus. Our elementary school art program was in a bit of a bind after our usual shop closed, so it was a relief to find a good supply source. The only thing was some of the boxes got a bit squished during delivery, but I think that's more on the delivery company. Maybe using stronger cardboard could stop that from happening next time.

DeliveryI just bought some art supplies from this store and everything went really smoothly. Ordering was simple and easy, and I was happy with the great prices. The delivery was fast, but I was a bit bummed to see that one of the paint boxes was squished when it arrived. The paint inside was still okay, but the box was ruined for storing the tubes.

DeliveryI just bought a watercolor paint set from an online art store and it was a bit of a hassle getting it. The delivery got delayed a bunch of times and the courier couldn't find my place. When I reached out to customer service about it, they just didn't seem to care much. They kept saying my order was coming soon but then blamed 'operational issues' for the delays. It was so annoying and unprofessional. In the end, I was let down by the whole thing and I'll be looking for a different online art store next time.

DeliveryI was so disappointed with the way the company shipped my order. They made me pay for shipping, but then they went with the slowest option, SmartPost. The shipping page made it seem like they would use FedEx Home, but that didn't happen. Because of this, there's a good chance that packages could get lost or take forever to arrive. My suggestion would be to steer clear of ordering anything important from this company.

DeliveryI just bought some art supplies and wouldn't you know it, my package arrived all damaged. Now I can't work on my projects until this mess gets sorted out, which is really annoying. I'm counting on the customer service folks to help me out ASAP so I can get a replacement quickly.
