I won’t order from them again. The first time was fine, but after that it’s just been a parade of small failures that add up. Two separate orders were sent back as damaged and nobody bothered to tell me (had to track it down myself), and the promised callbacks from “corporate” never happened — multiple phone calls, zero follow-up. I did manage to reorder through the chat for those returns, which worked okay, but then on a later order I gave my card number over the phone and within half an hour my bank flagged the card as compromised. That was the only place I’d used that number that day, so it’s hard not to suspect a connection. Also been waiting on a refund for weeks; had to call again because apparently there was no payment info on file to refund to. Bottom line: not a disaster, things still arrived sometimes, but the service reliability and handling of payments/refunds are flaky compared with other retailers I’ve used. I’d shop elsewhere unless they seriously fix their processes.

they sent the wrong shirt, the customer service number felt like a tape loop of "someone from corporate will email you" (spoiler: they didn’t, not right away), and every call ended the same way. I wasn’t having it, so I pushed — talked to a few different people, got the return instructions, sent back the stray shirt plus the extra one that arrived, and then waited. There was a moment where I thought, great, this is going to be a mess forever. But after a bit of back-and-forth and proof of return, someone higher up actually followed through, issued the credit and shipped the correct shirt. Delivery wasn't speedy, but it arrived intact and the final customer service touch was polite and competent, if slow. So yeah, stressful and avoidable, but in the end it worked out. If you’re short on patience maybe be warned; if you’re persistent they do fix it.
