Servicethe lumbar adjust control arrived a bit banged up. I emailed with a photo and they got back ridiculously fast, sent replacement parts without fuss. As someone who’s had slow, silent customer service from other brands, this was refreshing. Not perfect, but pleasantly handled and I’m happy enough — worth the money.
