The event itself was fine — a good chance to try size and padding in real life. I ordered the same model they had on display and it arrived a few weeks after the holidays. Packaging was solid. No dents, everything wrapped neatly. Putting it together took about half an hour. Fair warning: instructions are simple but a couple of bits felt fiddly. They included gloves, which was thoughtful. The chair sits well in the room now. It looks like it belongs there, and more importantly the kid actually uses it instead of drifting back to the couch. Compared with the last chair, comfort is noticeably better. I’ll admit I was a bit sceptical beforehand. Still, based on testing in person and the delivery/assembly experience, I’d recommend it to anyone who prefers to try before buying. Not flashy, but reliable.
