Older models won me over, new ones made me wary
Returns & RefundsBIOS fiddling, OS reinstalls, weird black screens and odd sleeps — felt like being a beta-tester. The good part is customer service handled the return and refund without drama, which eased the sting. It’s not perfect, definitely some rough firmware, but their older units were solid and their support impressed me. I’d buy again, just maybe not the very latest model right away.
