CommunicationI ordered this really awesome shirt from here 'cause I saw it online and thought it was cool. But then, I didn't get any emails or anything so I reached out to them and they were like 'oops, it's sold out.' What?! Let me know before I order, don't make me ask! And then they tried to say I didn't pay for it, but my card was definitely charged, so that's not true. Really frustrating customer service. 😡
