So I just bought a pair of Gothic boots from this place, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! I got them in November as a birthday gift for my best friend, and come February, I get an email saying they couldn't get them. No heads up, no other options given, just a message saying too bad for me. So I gave it another shot, thinking maybe it was a one-time thing. But nope, second time around, still not available. And to top it off, they won't even give me a refund. What kind of shady business is this? Save yourself the hassle and don't bother spending your time and money here, folks.

I am so disappointed with the service I got from this online store. I waited forever for my order to come and when it finally did, the items were really bad quality. Trying to return them was a nightmare, and now I've been waiting forever for my refund. It's not right that they think they can keep my hard-earned money. I'm thinking about reporting them so they face the consequences. It's awful that they basically took $113 from me, especially around Christmas. If anyone else went through something like this, we need to speak up and make sure this company is held responsible. Let's unite and stop these thieves once and for all.

So I had this really crappy experience trying to get my money back for something I sent back. I did all the steps they told me to do for the return, like registering it online and sending back the boots that cost $106.99. But it's been almost 3 months now and I still haven't gotten my refund. I've had to bug them constantly for updates and now they're saying I need a receipt from the post office, but I never got one. I've asked twice now to make a formal complaint, but they haven't even acknowledged my requests. It's frustrating as heck!

Oh my goodness, I got these really awesome slippers for Christmas but they ended up being too small. I sent them an email and they were super nice about it, said they'd exchange them for a bigger size and deliver them before I see Santa! I was so relieved, and now I'm excited to show them off!

I just bought this cute little Wednesday-themed bag online, but they sent me the wrong one by mistake. I was kinda bummed at first, but when I reached out to customer service, they were super helpful. Amy got in touch with me right away and sorted out a smooth return for me. She even gave me a $5 credit for my next purchase, which was really nice of her. I'm glad they fixed the mix-up quickly and made sure I was happy in the end. It's good to know they care about their customers like that.

The customer service and returns process at this company was amazing. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter's prom, but they didn't fit. Getting a refund was easy and quick. Unfortunately, when I tried to order a new pair, they were out of stock in the UK and needed to get them from Germany. Even so, they kept me updated throughout and the shoes arrived via special delivery the very next day, just in time for the prom. The shoes were just right and my daughter looked gorgeous at her prom. I am really impressed with this company and their team.
