DeliveryI needed a replacement seat cushion for my bad lower back right before a move, so I ordered two items despite feeling iffy about their slow shipping times. One cushion arrived after a few weeks and does the job — firm enough, nothing fancy. The other item never shipped; I've been waiting nearly two months and their replies stopped after the same vague promise twice. So my initial doubts were confirmed, not eased. Not terrible — one product works — but customer care was a big fail.
