Used to be my go-to, not anymore

Returns & Refundsskip ATM tees now — quality slipped and their support won’t help. I’ve been buying their shirts for years and always liked how they looked and felt, so I figured I’d stick with them. Bought a long sleeve in April, didn’t even wear it until September when the weather finally changed. Washed it twice and it basically came apart. Seams started to unravel and there were little holes where there shouldn’t be. I sent photos and asked if they’d cover it or at least swap it for a better-made one. Response was basically “too old, sorry” — and that was the reply over and over, four times, even with pictures attached. Kinda annoying, especially for something that wasn’t cheap. First impressions now are different: I’m hesitant to recommend them like I used to. If you want tees that last, I’d go elsewhere — Buck Mason, Everlane, Reigning Champ or Kotn are all brands I’m trying instead. A bit of a shame because I actually liked the fit and fabric at first, but if it falls apart after a couple of washes and service shrugs, it’s not worth it. Walk away, honestly.
Little win, little letdown

Product
soft, fit like I hoped, and pretty much the relaxed basics I wear all the time. I was honestly pleasantly surprised and felt kind of smug about waiting for the sale.
Then there was the black silk-like bodysuit. Online pics were dreamy but in real life it felt thinner than I expected and a seam was off in a way I noticed when I moved. I considered keeping it anyway because I liked the other two, and I even asked if they could give store credit rather than a refund given the whole final-sale thing and the shipping hassle. Their answer was a polite no — fair, they have to stick to rules, but still a bummer.
Overall my feelings ended up mixed but leaning positive. Delivery was quick, packaging okay, and the two winners made me feel like the risk paid off. I’ll buy again, just more selective and probably wait for sales (no way paying full price for everything now). Small pang about the bodysuit, but more joy than regret — that’s the honest take. If you’re on the fence, consider what you can live with and maybe expect a little roulette when it’s a deep discount.
