I bought a pair of boots from this company not long ago and they didn't fit me properly, so I had to return them. I was bummed that I didn't get my reward points back that I used for the purchase. The customer service was seriously lacking too. It was so hard to reach anyone from the company. I spent the whole day trying to fix the problem and still didn't get a good solution.

Customer service seemed a bit off at the start, but when I emailed them about a return problem, they got back to me quickly. They fixed the issue and now I'm just waiting for my credit to go through. I'll update my review once the credit is sorted out. All in all, I'm happy with how they handled things, even though it was a bit shaky at first.

As a customer, I was actually pretty surprised by how quickly they replied to my email asking to cancel my order. But then, I ended up feeling let down when the shoes still showed up at my door. Even though they told me the cancelation went through, the shoes still came. So, I had to call my credit card company to argue the charge. On the upside, the company did say sorry for the mix-up in an email. But, the shoes don't even fit me, so I'll send them back.

I got this really cool leather bag from this awesome store. The zipper was a bit off, but no worries. They sent me a new one right away and said I could keep the old one while I waited. The new bag arrived in less than two days and was wrapped really nicely. They even included a label to return the old bag. They weren't in a hurry for me to send it back, just wanted to make sure I was happy. They have so many amazing things, like shoes and other fancy stuff. I'll definitely be shopping here forever!
